Pleasant and fairly clean place with a nice lobby. It had central location close to Royal Yak. There was a nice restaurant not too far from the hotel. I appreciated their early check in and the service was excellent.

The beach was sandy and near our hotel. Savoury breakfast with hot waffles, eggs, bangers and cheese, loved this place. Lots of various drinks, such as wines and great cocktails in the bar.

The place was fairly clean and staff were kind, I thoroughly enjoyed best possible location. Perfect continental breakfast with a delicious food variety. Exceptional service overall.

It's brand-new place to stay 1 km away from a paved city park. Outstanding meals. The location is ideal and the staff is decent.

Everything is very clean here, had a really nice stay on our last night of our vacation. The units are brand-new, updated with a king size bed & sleeping sofa, cupboards and balcony.

Service was incredible and food was APPETISING. Outstanding view, a small balcony, lovely bed, too. Superb bar and easygoing staff. The pool was good and the garden - well-maintained.
The bathroom was too small.

Had luxury stay overall, enchanting place and the weather was sunny. I had stunning double room with a very confortable king size bed, cupboards and storage space. Enjoyed their free mineral drinks, served in the poolside bar.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Los de Pescado that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Perfect for vacation. Nothing to complain about, we would definitely come back there when in Cancun.
